UK DELIVERY.
KEEPING IT SIMPLE.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Standard UK delivery is £7.95. Orders of £75 or more qualify for free UK delivery.

We aim to dispatch orders promptly after the Drop closes. UK delivery is usually within 3–5 working days, although your order may arrive sooner.

Where possible, multiple fabrics from the same order will be packed and sent together.

02 / HOW IT ARRIVES

FOLDED.
ROLLED.
PROTECTED.

Different fabrics need different treatment. We pack each order in the way that best protects the fabric in transit.

SMALLER ORDERS

Orders of around 1–4 metres are usually carefully folded and sent in protective packaging.

LONGER LENGTHS

Longer lengths are normally rolled to help protect the fabric and reduce unnecessary creasing in transit.

VELVETS & SPECIAL FABRICS

Velvets and fabrics that are more sensitive to folding are handled separately and may be folded or rolled depending on the fabric and length ordered.

03 / RETURNS

CUT FABRIC.
DIFFERENT RULES.

Your fabric is cut from the roll specifically to the length you choose.

Because of that, cut fabric cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your fabric is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right.
